The platform provides internal enterprise tools designed exclusively for managing advertising campaigns, generating performance reports, and monitoring budgets across our company's Google Ads accounts.

Users must strictly comply with all applicable advertising platform policies, including all Google Ads and Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Any misuse of the platform, unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, or sharing of internal credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Services and API Integration

The platform integrates with third-party services, primarily the Google Ads API. Your use of the platform and the data retrieved from it is subject to the continuous adherence to Google's API policies. YDengGrand is responsible for ensuring the platform maintains strict compliance with these third-party terms, particularly regarding data minimalization and non-disclosure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, interfaces, and functionality of the YDengGrand Ads Platform are the exclusive property of YDengGrand Technology Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

As an internal operational tool, YDengGrand provides the platform "as is". The company is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform internally.
